Account information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text). Business owners also provide a business name.
Business data: Information you enter into the platform — including inventory, break records, stream data, revenue figures, commission settings, and schedules — is stored and associated with your organization.
Payment information: We use Stripe to process payments. We never store your credit card number, CVV, or full payment details on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Usage data: We may collect basic technical information such as browser type and IP address for security and troubleshooting purposes.
We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
Your business data is fully isolated from other organizations on the platform. Row-level security is enforced at the database level — no other owner, breaker, or sorter from a different organization can access your data under any circumstances.

When you invite team members (breakers or sorters) to your organization, their account information (name, email, role) is visible to you as the organization owner. Team members can only see data relevant to their own role — they cannot see your financials, other team members' payouts, or owner-level reports.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription, your data is retained for 30 days before being permanently deleted, giving you time to export or reconsider. After 30 days, all organization data is permanently removed from our systems.
