These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Card Break Pro ("the Service"), operated by Card Break Pro ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Card Break Pro is a business management platform for live sports card breaking businesses. It provides tools for break tracking, inventory management, team scheduling, commission calculation, and related operations. The Service is provided as a subscription software product.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or your business. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@cardbreakpro.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
Each business ("organization") may have one owner account. The owner may invite additional team members (breakers and sorters) under that organization.
The Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at $250 per month, following a 14-day free trial. By starting a trial, you agree that your subscription will automatically begin at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No charges will be made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically at the end of the trial.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to design, code, logos, and text — are the exclusive property of Card Break Pro. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business operations during your active subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Break Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of the United States.
